Bangkok Joe’s for former Byzantium

The team behind Baowow and Sticks & Broth are leaving their Baldwin Street base to open a third restaurant in the former Byzantium.

Bangkok Joe’s will be a substantial step-up in size, with Byzantium being a warehouse-sized space with some 250 covers.

Not much has yet to be revealed about Bangkok Joe’s, other than it will be a Thai bistro, bar and restaurant with Vietnamese and Laos influences.
