Turtle Bay set to open on Cheltenham Road

By Bristol24/7  Monday Apr 18, 2016

Turtle Bay has put in a planning application to open its second Bristol restaurant in what was formerly Plantation on Cheltenham Road. The new restaurant will be able to seat more than 100 people and create dozens of new jobs.

The business is the brainchild of Aj Jaya-Wickrema, who co-founded Las Iguanas, a chain that begun in Bristol.

Turtle Bay opened its first restaurant in Milton Keynes in 2010. Its first Bristol restaurant opened on Broad Quay in 2013 and it has since grown to have 28 sites across the UK.
